URL tags offer a streamlined approach to ad delivery, allowing direct linkage to creative assets. This type of upload is most commonly used for VAST video tags and other URL-based ad formats.
Note: URL tag uploads require a paid subscription plan.
Steps
- Go to Advertiser > Creative.
- Click Create New Ad and select the appropriate ad type:
- Video VAST Tag for video URL tags
- 3rd Party Tag for HTML/JavaScript URL-based content
- Fill in the creative details:
- Ad Name: Provide a concise and descriptive name for your creative
- URL: Enter the secure URL pointing to your creative content
- Select creative specifications (if applicable):
- Creative Size: Choose the appropriate pixel dimensions for proper display
- Add tracking pixels (optional):
- Include third-party tracking URLs for performance monitoring
- Click Upload to submit your URL tag creative.

- Ad name: Minimum 2 characters required
- URL: Must be a valid URL starting with
https://
- Creative size: Must select appropriate dimensions (for display formats)
- Subscription requirement: Requires any paid plan to upload URL tags

Video VAST Tags
- Purpose: For video advertisements using VAST XML
- URL Content: Should point to a CDN-hosted VAST XML file
- Tracking: Supports comprehensive VAST event tracking
- Format: XML-based video ad serving template
HTML URL Tags

- Display Method: Content is embedded using an iframe
- Interaction: Must include clickable elements for user interaction
- Content: Complete HTML ad creative hosted externally
