ad:personam offers two subscription tiers designed for different campaign types and scale:
Starter Plan — Perfect for display advertising. Get access to all essential targeting, optimization, and reporting tools to launch banner and display campaigns across premium inventory.
PRO Plan — Unlock the full spectrum of programmatic channels: display, video, audio, and Connected TV (CTV). Designed for agencies and advertisers running multimedia campaigns with advanced features and priority support.
You can explore ad:personam and set up your advertiser account for free. A subscription is required only when you're ready to activate live campaigns.
Eligible new subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Stripe securely collects your payment method during checkout, and past subscribers are not eligible for another free trial.

Cancel Anytime — No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. End your subscription at any time, and continue using all features until the end of your current billing period.
Monthly Renewals — Plans renew automatically each month, giving you predictable costs and the freedom to pause or change plans as your business needs evolve.
Upgrades and Downgrades — Adjust your plan anytime through the Billing Portal. Pro-rata billing ensures you only pay for what you use—upgrading adds the difference to your next invoice, downgrading credits you for unused time.
Manage Your Subscription in the Billing Portal
The Billing Portal, powered by Stripe, is your central hub for subscription and payment management. Access it from your Profile or Dashboard to:
- Update payment methods
- Change subscription plans
- View billing history and invoices
- Manage billing details
All subscription changes take effect immediately, with pro-rata billing automatically calculated for fairness.
How Campaign Payments Work
1. Active Subscription Required — Ensure you have an active Starter or PRO plan before launching campaigns.
2. Campaign Budget Invoices — After you configure your campaign, ad:personam generates an invoice with a 14-day payment deadline. Your campaign goes live on its scheduled start date once payment is processed.
3. Secure Payment Options — Pay your invoice using any method supported by Stripe: credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or digital wallets.
4. Credit Balance for Instant Launches — Top up your Credit Balance through the "Subscription & Balance" section to pre-fund campaigns. When you have sufficient balance, campaigns activate instantly without waiting for invoice payments. Your balance automatically covers future invoices, simplifying multi-campaign budget management.
